I have to confess I am a "BIG" hard candy eater, every since I quit smoking 14 years ago, (I remember when my Dad was living and he gave up smoking, he also turned to hard candy). In my desk at work I have some hard tac cinnamon, my very favorite candy!!! Left over from Christmas. Well, I thought in my mind I would have to eat up the left over candy. But, last Thursday, Feb. 20th I decided enough is enough and to take the sugar away. So, On Thursday Feb. 20th, I gave up my "leftover" candy from Christmas. Plus, I do not eat any sweets at all. Once in awhile I did take a cookie or cupcake, since I didn't want to change my whole eating habits. But, since Thursday, I decided for now I am not eating any sugar products. It hasn't been to bad. So, I pray I can continue and I will see a weight lose doing this.
I have been doing my exercises every day after work and I am doing well on the sit ups and the rest. Thought I would try the sit ups for the stomach.
So, that is my new thing..will let you know how I am doing.
