Not as motivated or disciplined as I was for some reason, don't know why that is - still trying to figure that one out??? I bought Terry a George Foreman grill for an anniversary gift ~ 'the lean mean fat reducing grilling machine' haha. We'll see, hehe. I think it will be an asset in preparing foods with less fat. We love grilled foods and Terry BBQ's all the time when the weather allows, so now we can do it year round with some foods, anyway. We love fish and think this will be a good device for having lean fish meals throughout the non-BBQing months. We haven't tried it yet for fish, just got it Monday, but have used it quite a bit already for other foods. We like fajitas too and think it will be good for that item. Loved grilled veggies, made some onions and green pepper on it the other day to go with boneless/skinless chicken breasts. I got the one with the bun warmer on it and that works really nice too So, have hopefully added one more tool to eating better Stick with it girls, we can do this!!! Love,
