Good for you, "6" pounds..Yeah for you!!!!! That is so good...did you start on your bike yet? So hard to get back on track. We are exercising, but I am so slow getting back into what I was doing before and I sure can feel it, just like a beginner again.
Don't be hard on yourself if you did eat the carmel popcorn, I read and heard on television if you mess up on the diet once in awhile don't let it rid the diet, just continue on the diet like before.
I go back to work on Thursday, my shoulder doesn't feel like it is ready for a full day, but the doctor signed the release to go back then. Will find out on Feb. 17th if I need more surgery on the shoulder..darn it, I wanted it fixed right the first time.
Take care and keep up with the weight lost, that is so good.
