Either Shredded Wheat, Oatmeal or Cream of Wheat. I put a half packet of Splenda on it too. Sorry to hear about your tummy not wanting food in the a.m. I know some meds need to be taken with food, and eating breakfast gives your metabolism a jump start to get things going in the morning. WATER ---- DRINK WATER ------ WATER ---- my eyeballs are floating! Your dinner sounded healthy. Fish and spinach go well together. This cold snap sure is a loo-loo. Keep your skin covered as much as possible, we don't want your nose falling off. hee hee although it's one way to lose a little bit of weight. lol Keep bundled and stay warm. Plug your car in at night. I didn't exercise today. Just too lazy basically. It's all the waaaaaaaaaaaay down those basement stairs, you know, takes me all of 3 seconds. I have no valid excuse. Have you tried the Orange Juice with Calcium? It's a thought, if you're trying to increase your calcium.
