

Posted by Sue (MN~Sue) on 1/20/2003, 9:02 pm I got my veggie dip made and my fresh veggie tuperware lazy susan filled with celery, green pepper, radishes, carrots, and cauliflower! We had poached cod for dinner ~ love that. Poach it with peppercorns, bay leaf, onion slices, and lemon. Also had spinch salad and baked agrauten potatoes, made the least fattening way - no butter added and skim milk, as always. I don't get near my calcium that I need, so the cheese is good for me to have at times. Let's see ~ for breakfast/lunch had cereal and skim milk. That is my hardest meal of the day, because my stomach does not want food, but I have to force it down to take the ultram I need to get my achy, fatigued bod moving. Beverages, one diet soda and ice water. Love my ice water on the fridge door now! Doesn't take much to delight me, hehe. My little shopping trip yesterday resulted in nipping my face again, however, grrr. I got frostbite in Dec and I was afraid it would be more susceptible now ~ looks like it is going to be. I was only out in the cold/wind long enough to load and unlaod groceries and other purchases and in and out of the car short distances to the stores. Of course the car takes time to warm up in these temps too, but I think it was only the actual time in the outdoors that probably caused it. Thankfully, it is not near as bad as the first time I did it. Hope you are having a good day! Any exercising today??
