We didn't start back up during our exercises..I took the wrong pain pill in the morning and it made me sleepy, sick to my stomach and have diarreha...it was the pain medicine the doctor gave me after my shoulder surgery. Should toss it!!! So needless to say, I have only taken my Ultram once a day and pain killers the rest of the day. Can only take very few medicines, blame my FMS on this...
Glad to read you rode your bike, my bike is in the basement and I used to ride it down there, but took tv out, should puy the tv back down there. Keep up the good work, I agree, we all need some encouragement at times..
