I didn't...you know.... ride the bike ;-( But I have a really good excuse. Early this morning I had to help DH with getting his van into Midas (and he didn't want to sit there for hours waiting), then I had to bring him back when it was finished, then I went to Kohls (had a super sale, half off all the yellow clearanced items throughout the store! AND then I spent 3 hours looking at apartments with my youngest son, who is going to be moving out and sharing an apartment with his friend. SO, you can see that I was very busy and did walk more than my normal. That's gotta count for exercise. Besides, shopping is hard work! lol Just got out of a hot tub, time to head to bed. Night all,
