I am happy to read your friend had the surgery and it was a needed thing to get her health back.
As far as Tami, no one knew she was having the surgery. Tami was heavy, but as long as I knew her, she never mentioned it was a concern. I think after the adoption of her son this is what made her think to do this. I know in my heart Tami felt she would be alright, but from what I hear now, she stated, if she knew she was going to be this sick she never would of done it. It was a painful death for her that day.
