I am getting use to the food combining idea. Basically veggies are alright anytime (except you can't have carrots) and then you eat your meat (protein) or your carbos separate. I can have whole wheat bread. I can have bacon. But I can't have the whole wheat bread and bacon at the same meal. I haven't got back on the bike, yet. I feel bad about that. It's in the basement and out of the way. There is a t.v. down there. I need to DO IT. Guess if the bike was upstairs I'd see it and then use it. Hubby doesn't want it upstairs. There really isn't room for it, so I see his point. IT'S UP TO ME, to walk down the stairs and DO IT. I made myself a chart to use. Now I need to use the bike. I could use some encouragement here --- or call me on it. Don't let me back down from it. I have been able to avoid eating after 7 p.m. still. I feel good about that. It's tough. I get hungry. My tummy gurgles. I stay away from the kitchen - too tempting. My hubby makes himself popcorn almost every night, now that's tough. It smells sooooooooo good and that aroma travels throughout the house. Arrgggghhhhh. Yesterday we had 55 degree weather, I was out walking the pups in shorts and barefoot. Today winter returned. A cold wind, no sun, flurries. I can't wait for spring. Later,
