I am not back with my WOE yet, haha - thanks for the quick acronym! We took Jon to ND yesterday and I am missing him and still eating, haha. I need to get with my eating program again now as I said I would! Need to get to the store too and restock with good stuff! For the sweet cravings, have you tried something like the hot chocolate, low fat and only 25 calories?! I LOVE that when a sweet craving hits. It really satisfies me and warms me up too and for only 25 calories! I also bought some of the fat free little pudding cups that are sold in the refrigerated section, chocolate and tapioca. They are around 100 calories. They make a nice sweet treat for me and a nice small measured amount. Sounds like you have a sweet treat plan underway. If you find a good tasting treat, let me know, k. I HAVE to work on the water thing too! I think I have found something that is helping - we just bought a new fridge with the water and ice in the door and that is such a fun little game to get it now, that I am drinking more, haha. Expensive trick, but we needed the new fridge, so this turned out to be a great little trick for helping me to drink more water! Keep checking in! I hope the biking went well?! My brother is a 'cyclist' (on a real bike) and had written me that his goal was to bike 4,000 miles this year and do more miles pedalling his bike in the months of biking weather, than driving his car in 12 months. He made it to 3,900 this year on his bike, fell short due to the early snow out East. He put 4,000 on his car. He said he would either have to bike more or 'drive less' to surpass his driving mileage by bike - I told him I would definitely opt for just driving less to make that goal! Keep up the good work! Love,
