It was tough to look at all the desserts, and see everyone with a milkshake, but I did it, I didn't order any. Here's what I had today: Breakfast: Shredded Wheat, milk, Splenda Water, Ice tea, Splenda Well, hope you have a good weekend. A Slimmer me in '03,
Good Evening All-
Lunch: whole wheat tortilla, black refried beans, lettuce, green pepper, green onion, tomato, cottage cheese (yum)
mid-day snack: ripe peach
Dinner: hamburger patty, american cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle
late-day snack: ham slices, provolone cheese
It seems like I get the "I'm hungry" shakes if I have the fruit. I may stop eating it for a bit and see what happens. The other thing I noticed, (for me) it seems like if I have the protein/fat meal (todays dinner for example), that I'm still hungry. If I have the carbo meal (today's lunch), that it holds me longer.
