I made the mistake of stepping on the scale.... nope, didn't lose a thing. I know, it's too soon to see it on the scale. Did I tell you I am NOT eating after 7 pm. So far I've stuck to that as well. No headache today (thanks Sue for your prayers). Let's see, here is what I had today: Breakfast: Shredded Wheat, milk, Splenda Well that's about it for today. I plan on starting my exercising on Monday. Have a good weekend ladies. -TJ
Hi WL Buddies-
morning snack: half a golden delicious apple
Lunch: lettuce, broccoli, green pepper, green onion, cucumber, celery, parsley, tomato, ham, provolone cheese
mid-day snack: the other half of the apple :-)
Dinner: hamburger patty, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, pickle
late-day snack: 2 slices whole wheat (no sugar in it either) with a tad of butter
and I drank lots of water and had instant ice tea with Splenda.
