

Posted by TJ on 1/1/2003, 6:25 pm Well, today is MY DAY. I am doing alright, trying not to think about all the chocolate that is still in the house! lol I'm going to try the Suzanne Somers plan. Has anyone read her book? If you'd like more info, pick up a copy at your library or check out the website. For breakfast I had: For lunch I had: Just thought I'd try to post now and then on how I'm doing. Sort of making myself face the facts of what I'm putting in my mouth. I plan to start riding my exercise bike within the next couple days. I don't want to overdo it, changing a lifestyle is hard on the old bod and mind. A Slimmer Me in 2003. Later,

whole wheat toast, butter, tomato slices, broccoli, celery, cucumber, whole wheat tortilla (with butter and sprinkled with cinnamon and Splenda, put in the oven to dry and made crisp)and water
For dinner.... well, I need to go eat :-)
