I am in the process of becoming aware of them. I found the celestine prophecy describes a beginning of seeing. but because of my color blindness the only things I've seen are a light white around some dunes shrubs. and a light green/whitish aura around my hands. Redfield suggests that before dawn or just after sunset is best for the initial time. try to focus in and out a little then focus on the between of your hands. holding them between 1/4" to 3" apart and back and forth a little till you get the right focus. from what I understand the distance or amount of focus is different for each person. I guess a good beginning is while walking to a destintion look and focus on your surroundings. Look for the path with more vibrant colors, choose that path at each cross road or as the spirit leads. take note of the people GOD brings across your path. Always remember THERE ARE NO COINCIDENCES EVER, FIND OUT WHAT GOD HAS IN STORE FOR YOU THIS DAY.
