Yes Lori, It means you are starting to see your aura. If you continue to practice this, you will eventually begin to see colors. While looking in the mirror look above your head and take your eyes a little out of focus. It helps to have either a white or black background behind you and low lights. Good luck and hope you will soon be seeing all the auras you want.
