Between hail storms, fires, heat waves, flooding, the recorded thinning of polar ice caps and the melting of permafrost and glaciers - all of which can be researched on the Net from legit sources, I honestly believe it is bound to happen. Cayce said "And these will begin in those periods in '58 to '98". It doesn't say it's going to happen BY 98, just that it's going to START by then. In my humble opinion it HAS started.
