The hawk said, and Tamori nodded, turning to the black wolf, and sighing. "I need permission to annex...What?" Tamori stopped and glared at the sly hawk, finally noticing what she was saying. She glowered, and smacking the hawk with a heavy paw. "You know that's not our intention!" Tamori hissed at the hawk, and Averus' response was; "Then what is on your agenda?" Tamori sighed. "To join the pack, of course!" Averus nodded, and turned his head to the black wolf, still whispering to Tamori. "Tell her not me." Averus smiled, and Tamori finally caught on. The hawk actually had a purpose; he was teaching her to think for herself. The wolf-dog turned to Zhetteri, and finally spoke more surely. "I am here seeking permission to become a part of the Earth Pack." Averus nodded to asure Tamori that she was correct, and the white-gray dog smiled in relief, returning her gaze back to the black wolf, and then turning it away from the unhappy amber eyes. Tamori was strongly frightened, hoping the wolf would not attack her, as she could already see that the wolf did not like her. Half of her wanted to stand up and run, but she felt that her paws were paralyzed, and there was nothing else for her to do. Her blue eyes stared at the ground, and her large white paws, willing them to run, yet telling them to stay.

Her blue eyes turned to Averus, mentally stating that he must have been right about wolves hating half breeds. The white dog tried to talk, but faltered, tried again, but stumbled on her words. She felt so...stupid! The white dog moaned to herself, lowering her head and whispering to her companion; "What do I say?"
