Leoniah walked quietly for the most part, Leaving her pups to find their own way was hard...but they were grown now. She had done her best with them, at least she thought so. It was back to it being just she and Kuroha now. It was strange to her very different acts in her life, first just them, then just she and pups, then all of them then just them again. Each was a different experience and you really couldn't expect one to catch up to the constant changing of her life. But Kuroha had said something of stability and it was something she so desperately needed now.
As the white and now black backed femmora crossed the border to enter the Earth Pack the cool breeze cut through her soft fur allowing the heat to go away temporarily. It was much warmer here than at the peak and after a year or two there she was accustomed to the colder climate than hot. Leoniah walked up next to her mate, and laid her head on his shoulder, she sighed...half content and half worried but still happy as they both waited for the Alpha.
