"I see. Anyway, don't you have a family to get back to? They would be wondering where you had gotten to." Castii looked up at the lights and saw they were fading. The morning sun was slowly stretching up out of the mountains, giving a rosy haze. "It's almost morning and I haven't gotten a wink of sleep. Oh well." Castii stood up and stretched, feeling his limbs come back to life. He winced. Yawning slowly, he said, "I think I should get back to my pack now. They'll be wondering where I got off to. But it was nice to meet you. Its not every day you meet a dragon." He smiled. He gathered into a run, and waving to Galiath, he sped off down the mountain back to the forest. The trees welcomed him, and he thought he saw Galiath flying in the sky above him, but he wasn't sure. He kept going until he came back into the familiar hollow where the pack usually slept. He went to find his ivy-covered cave, eyeing the still-asleep wolves that snored softly in their dream echoes. After finding his, he crept inside, grateful for the warmth of his bed. Once he was situated, he quickly fell asleep.
