Happy to see that the dragon was staying, Castii laid down again to watch the lights. Then Galiath asked what the lights were, and Castii pondered this for a moment. Then he said, "I don't really know. My parents used to say that our ancient ancestors lived there, in between the waving lights. Some say its the gateway to the heavens.." Castii's voice trailed off as he yawned, his mouth opening wide. Then he remembered that the dragon had said something about a family that he lived with near the Earth Pack. Castii was even more grateful that he had chosen Earth Pack. "So, Galiath, you say that you have family close to the Earth Pack? Because you're the first one I've seen." Castii flicked off an ant that was crawling up his foot. Maybe life in the Earth Pack surrounded by trees and moss wouldn't be so bad if there weren't so many ants to deal with. Plus all the bugs that crawled up his skin, especially ticks, his least favorite insect. Nasty little creatures, ticks. "Lucky for you, you have scales to protect you from the menacing little bugs that crawl over my skin every night."
