The forest echoed with the sounds of footsteps as a lone wolf slinked through the night. His black fur melted into the inky scenery. The moon shone through the nighttime mist, coloring the blackness of the forest a dark shade of silver. Leaves rustled and swayed in tune with the music and owls hooted relentlessly, anxiously waiting for prey. On the wolf's chest, ivy curled around a stone that shone an everlasting green. The black wolf darted around trees precariously, trying to get somewhere in a rush it seemed. Finally, the wolf came to a stop in front of a trail that branched off into three different trails. "I wonder which one takes me to the top of the mountain..?" A familiar voice echoed around the trees softly. Castii furrowed his brow, trying to concentrate on the different smells that came from each trail. The one on the far left slanted downward into a sinister mist. "Definetely out of the rankings." Castii's deep voice rang out. The trail on the far right was a flat road that didn't shift upward or downward. "Can't be that one." Castii muttered. Though the middle trail shifted upward in a small hill. "Perfect!" Relief showed on Castii's features.
He darted up the middle trail, anticipation replacing impatience. Once he got past the hill, the going was easier. After a few minutes of running and panting, Castii finally reached his destination. And after a few moments of respite, he walked slowly out of the trees onto a cliff. The sky was wide open now, no longer covered by trees. Stars shone in all the colors of the light, but the waving scene in the middle of the sky was the most breath-taking. Waving lights resembling the Aurora Borealis shone in all the glorious colors of the rainbow. It was just too much to describe its beauty. Castii stared in awe and wonder, his eyes wide open, forgetting sleep. "This is truly wonderful..." He gasped. "I'm glad I chose Earth Pack.." He continued to stare at the scene with unblinking eyes, and time seemed to stop. "This is my all-time favorite place from now on!" He shouted gleefully.
