The Aaradar dragon kept his attention on Pinkrose. Even when EagleEyes emerged, he did not acknowledge the hatchling's presence immediately. The large dragon then addressed the cat, "Bandido has always said the best way to learn is by doing." He lowered his head to Pinkrose's level, glancing once to the mixed kit before speaking, his voice almost a hiss, "Do not expect guidance every time things get complicated."
Hallbjorn knew better though. Bandido was always there for her pack members when she could be. The large beast was just being himself, and as a result, it meant being anything but completely nice. If he had been alone, he might have considered making a meal out of the cat.
Amaterasu tilted her feathered head as she watched EagleEyes exit the den. She still had her beak parted in a smile, but she said nothing.
Samael and Zion on the other hand were vocal. The pknanah glidore stepped forward, a proud, and possible vain, little dragon as light glinted off the jewels that littered his head and body. "I'm Samael, and the green one is Zion." The pale green dragon has been itching a spot beneath his mane when his name was given. The Elf dragon hopped forward with a toothy grin and added the name of their griffin sister, "And she's Amaterasu."
When her name was given, the griffin squeaked quietly. But the introduction was enough to bring up her courage to speak, "Zahra likes the cold and water. How come you want to be warm?" Amaterasu recognized EagleEyes for his species because he looked much like Zahra, another Aqua/feather winged hybrid that lived within the pack.
Hallbjorn quickly turned his attention to the two males as they neared EagleEyes. So far, it seemed they weren't going to cause trouble, at least for the moment. The Aaradar dragon picked his head back up, still watching the younger dragons to see how things would progress.
