The large brute look considerably better than he had a few hours past. Thanks to Taniku and Tumatri, his fur had been cleaned, his wounds healed, and the food they offered had been worth the effort. Though Black Rain had no will to eat, he hadn't wanted to be rude and he had toi admit, it made him feel much better. The wolf's icy blue eyes glanced here and there around the Earth Pack territory as Taniku explained her life situation. It sounded like her life was thriving, and that only cheered him up. She was a good soul and those were becoming hard to come by as of late.
When the tiger turned to check on him, Black Rain stopped. He smiled politely, listening to her finish what she had to say. At the mention of being beta, he couldn't help but chuckles. "Neither did I," he said, a comical smirk on his face. It didn't last long, but it was still there. A good sign of recovery, even if it wouldn't be perminant or whole. "I'm Beta of Ice," he said, tail giving a slight wave behind him. Closing the distance between them, Black Rain stopped just beside Taniku and looked out over the horizon, the sky just tinting with colors of dawn. "This is a beautiful place," he said, still watching the skyies beyond. "A bit warm for my liking. But then I've always been partial to cold weather. Ice has an abundance of that."
