The smokey grey nodded in understanding. Then, his neutral expression was replaced by a fierce one with an almost childish grin. A race would be fun. He had some experience with flight, so that might place to his advantage, even with Gir-rowel being a creature designed for speed and Quetz having wings desgined for easy flight. "Whenever you are ready, Gir-rowel," Yaotl said quietly. His gaze was on the white tree the greyhound had indicated.
Quetz and Etal grinned, both squeaking like small children getting something they wanted. The two assumed something similiar to a racer's starting stance waiting for the go ahead. Quetz probably wouldn't move too fast simply to make Etal feel better, for the blue metal dragon was not nearly as fast as his snow winged brother. It would at least be fun none the less.
