Don't know why people haven't picked up on this.
Maybe it is just may age and having lived through it.
It is settled case law that schools cannot be racially segregated.
If gov't money is used to pay tuition to schools that are not racially proportioned according to the population of the area they serve, the courts will order them to recruit students of the racial minority until the roster reflects parity.
In other words...If a private school accepts gov't voucher money, it will be forced by the courts to enroll minority students until the school population reflects the racial proportions of the community.
Be certain this is what you want before you ask for it.
