Since I have been running politics into the ground, I might as well finish the job. If you care to go the issues2000.org and click on quizzes at the top, you can take a quiz which will catorgize you according to the national standard and one can find how they match up with our national leaders such as President Bush, Trent Lott, Al Gore, Bill Clinton, Jesse Ventura, ext ext. This web site will inform you if you are considered a liberal, a conservative, a libertarian, or populist.
For the sake of converstion, I will confess how I vote.
Abortion on demand= opposed
affimative action= opposed
gay rights=opposed
prayer in schools=favor
death penalty=favor
stronger sentencing laws=favor
absolute gun rights=opposed
more federal takeover of health care=opposed
privatize social security= favor
school vouchers=opposed
environmental laws=favor
war on drugs=favor
church involvment in welfare=favor
tax reform=favor
limits on immigration=favor
fair but free trade=favor
military spending=favor
missle defense=favor
normal relations with China=opposed
foreign aid=opposed
All this adds up to this website classifying me as a populist(authoritarian) leaning conservative. for what it's worth!
