They will lose BOTH houses of Congress this cycle (barring a miracle) because the moved to the left. If they don't understand this, then they don't deserve to take it back. Conservatives are extremely split. Most of it on three issues: abortion, taxes, and education. The abortion issue is the single issue that is killing the GOP. Abortion - American don't want government control over their private lives, period. Taxes - The Democrats have been successful in driving home their bogus "Tax breaks for the rich" theme. Social Security also falls in this catagory. Education - The Dems still (and wrongly) have convinced the public they are the education party. Though you and I know better, about 80% of females with children think Family Values = Better Schools and that alone.
