Unfortunately, Thames lead a lot people down the primrose path. He is pathetic. He surrounds himself with yes pepole and fires those whose opinion doesn't agree with his. He is caustic, arrogant but was the best applicant at the time the selection was made. What I think is funny is that the salary during the USM search was $50,000 less than what the MSU search is now. Would we have received a better candidate if the $50,000 had been in effect then? USM always seems to get the short end of the stick. Now it has the short man with a big ego who cares little about the common folk. Time will tell if he can lead. All he seems to be able to do now is fire.
