The UNLV box office personnel are very accommodating regarding the ticket refunds. They are also offering to provide the email addresses of the producers in case ticketholders wish to make their displeasure known to the producers about the show cancellation. (This is something I had not previously experienced!) I would venture this was not a positive situation for anyone, including the venue, due to lost revenue. Hope everyone planning to come has been able to get refunds on their travel arrangements as well.
