Thought you might be interested in some updates about Todd Murray. Todd will be performing on
Saturday, October 11 in Palm Springs at the Annenberg Theatre, a preview of the show he's taking to NYC Nov 3 & 4. The Palm Springs show tickets are on sale. All seats $35. Available on line at www.palmspringsmuseum.org or by phone at 760-325-4490. Todd has been asked to perform at the Mabel Mercer Cabaret Convention and will perform on closing night, November 1. He will also perform his one-man show on Nov. 3 and 4 at the Metropolitan Room in NYC. Tickets for the Cabaret Convention are on sale but not the Met.Room show (yet). It is a very big deal to be asked to perform at the Cabaret Convention.
If anyone can attend any of these performances, I'm sure Todd would appreciate your support. For those of you seeking a Sills Sighting, Douglas has a potential conflict for the Nov. shows and currently doesn't feel he'll be able to attend the November shows, but that could change (but don't come solely if you think he'll be there....you know how that goes).I don't know if he'll be able to attend the Palm Springs gig, either. But, if you are looking for a wonderful evening of standards, swing and original music, you won't be disappointed in Todd's shows and his new cd should be available, too.
