Dear Douglas,
I am reminded of Judy Garland sitting and writing a note to someone she has never met and singing "You Made Me Love You". Well, here I sit at the computer, penning a note you shall not read. What's in it? A wish that you have a real craving to work about 100 hours a week, and sign up for a benefit here, a short gig there, a year in a Broadway show, etc., etc., etc. I know some people who might be in the audience if you do that....
