It's in the Playbill for the Valley of the Dolls reading as well (of course, it's much better in color). Of course, why it's not in the Sunset Boulevard program is beyond me. Then again, as recently as a week before the SB reading, the Hollywood Bowl was still suing the bio that listed his next project to be Assassins, so HB is really, really screwy.
