I have been having horrendus nightmares...for about the past year. They usually appear in my dreams once every second night or so...but I cannot explain what they are. All I can tell you about them is that I don't wake up from them, I just stop dreaming them after they're complete..and the next day I do not remember any of them..only that there is lots and lots of death, blood, and gore.
I am not a horror movie watcher (I can handle horror, but have not watched any for the past few months to see if this was the source of the problem) But apparantly it isn't the problem.
Last night I had not one, but seven horrific nightmares. This morning, as it is winter, was dark when I got up at 6:30. I could not walk down the hall to my bathroom to have my morning shower..I was utterly petrified.
I do not know why these dreams are happening..I have no unusual stress, no sleeping positions have caused them...
Please someone help me!
Today was different. I was meditating and a flash of the dream came to me...
I was walking down the hall in my parents house...and I looked to my right, into my parents bedroom and there was this...Thing. Monster..I guess..crouching on the bed with its hands on the sheets...There was blood everywhere..splattered about the wall like someone had taken and shaken red paint all over..I know it is blood because it steams..
The thing on the bed had a chunk of one of my parent's flesh in its mouth...it was savegely tearing them apart..
I do not remember seeing my parents..but I do remember seeing masses in the bed that could have been my parents or anyone. No faces.
This monster had long greenish hair, it looked very mouldy..its face was full of pock marks and craters oozing clear liquid...its nose was that of a skulls, but with discoloured skin formed to it...its eyes were cat shaped...it didn't seem to have iris's...just..all black eyes with the white around them...its chin was streaked with blood, dripping from the flesh that was in its teeth...I cannot see the shape of its teeth.....it looked like it had really dirty ripped tan pants on..I think....I cannot remember its chest or upper body..it just looked at me..and thats when my meditative state was lost...
I ran to the bathroom and was sick to my stomach..
Please help me...I cannot get this picture out of my mind, and I do not know what is causing my nightmares...if anyone can refer me please help me...I cannot see a psychiatrist (which I have considered many many times), due to the fact I simply cannot afford one...
Please help...Please...I would be forever grateful...
