Just about all the time when i have a nightmare i will wake up during it but i am standing in my bathroom looking into the mirror and crying, but i don't know what i am afraid of and what ever it was i still am afraid. It is a very intense fear and i will try and tell myself that it's just a dream but now it dosen't really work, and i don't understand.
