SF ProAm Playoff tonight *Parker/Tollefson

Heading over to watch our two guys tonight!
Parkers twitter says he's not feeling 100%.... maybe the Amazing Race really kicked his ass.

Anyhow... I look forward to watching before they both bon voyage next week!!!

Parker did not look 100% maybe due to illness but he started and closed with 24 points or so! Had at least 15 from 3 point land.
Nothing flashy.. can get his own shot off the dribble.. shares the ball,etc.
He will fit in nice with Cody in the backcourt.. good get for the Dons1

PS- I had a Pro Scout sitting next to me.. I think!?

So does De'End Play the 2 or the 3?

He seems like he would be an improvement over mikey at the 2, but would his skill set be an improvement over rashad at the 3 position. Rashad offered so much more on the floor than just scoring, but also had moments of making me pull my hair out.

De'End is listed at 6'6" - Rashad was 6'4" and Mikey was more like 6 foot. Nice to have more height on the floor.

Depending on the lineup he could play the 3 in of course a 3 guard backcourt but I think this guy is a definite 2 guard cause he can create his own shot off the dribble!
He can also bring the ball up and he's always under control.
He's a solid fundamental guard that will fit nicely. PS- No way he is 6' 6".... 6' 2" more like!

He was going up against Jerome Gumbs last night and he looked to be a little taller than him - I believe he used to be listed as 6'4. He's probably like 6'5.

He was bringing the ball up half the time and from what I've seen at the pro am turns the ball over WAY less then Rashad. But Rashad may be a better defender - hard to tell at Pro Am (they don't really play much D).

I think he is already a huge upgrade from Mikey and has a way higher ceiling than Rashad.

Good info all around. Glad the NCAA made him eligible for this year. He will surly help this team.

With Cody, Dickerson and De'End we sound pretty good at their positions. Now we will need to see how the other positions come together. Playing time is there for our bigs, question is who will step up and grab the majority of playing time.

Good to see this is the year for the overseas trip - the team needs some run together to get in sync with one another.

Parker is taller than 6'2" just yanking chains cause all the guys are listed at taller heights... you saw Dickerson... he's not 6'9"!

Dickerson and Doolin... they carry us and we'll be printing t-shirts that read.. "Dicker-Doo" maybe!

Parker is an upgrade from Mikey for sure. He's just a more mature player on the court.. he lets the game come to him rather than forcing things all the time... did you see the Cal kid last night.. Cobbs!?

Anyhow.. in Parker we trustt!
