The Warriors have secured two training-camp invitees in St. Mary's forward Diamon Simpson and Illinois center Shaun Pruitt. The Warriors have 15 players in camp with guaranteed contracts, so making the roster is a long shot for both invitees.

Kind of like when Quezada was working out with the Nets before the draft.

But, good for him. It seems like Pooh Jeter has a chance at an NBA slot this year by showing up year after year.

Good for Warriors. Simpson is a good guy who won't embarrass anyone on or off court. It's great that NBA invites a local to camp. Even if he doesn't amke Warriors, being in camp raises his stock for European contract.
