That truly was a team effort. No Mikey Williams and everyone stepped in huge. Green was awesome but holy crap, I don't wanna play poker with Doolin. Like Orlando Smart used to do, he gets everyone involved for 39 minutes and then hits incredible clutch shots in the final minute. A HUGE 3 followed by another game-winning lefty layup as in the Hawaii and Zag games last year.
Dickerson with a "game-winning" block and then hits a big FT, being his first time on the line in that situation.
Colaorio and Green carried this game on their shoulders. But damn these finishes put the 1980 Cleveland Browns to shame.
Credit their will and determination. They had an 8pt lead turn into a 6pt deficit with only 3 minutes to go in Montana. Teams usually fold. Then these USF players finish the game on a 12-3 run. Again. Wow!
Montana a top-100 team who defeated Long Beach at their place.
Congrats to them and makes a miserable trip back enjoyable I'm sure.
