Yes I do really believe that. I'm not knocking Scott at all (as I said earlier) and I think he's doing great things. I'm just saying that he isn't congering up any ground breaking ideas. The purse stings have been loosen for him and he's getting done. I think most would agree that it takes money to make money and right now he had the advantage because he has the money. I love USF and want them to keep pushing and getting better.
