There's an un-written, but often over looked rule of participating on the DC Board. Ya don't come in as a newbie and start criticizing folks or telling them what to do or how to behave. That will make u very un-popular, very quickly. If you are so optimistic about everything, go buy a Lottery Ticket and save us your divine intervention.
