an interesting idea. my problem would be that it would greatly benefit a school like St. Francis-NY and give almost no benefit at all to a school like Montana State. and it would be a little too constraining. hypothetically, if USF were to reel off a few NCAA runs and become an attractive draw on the road, I wouldn't want a game against Sac State to keep us out of the Maui invite or a big road game at a Syracuse or Notre Dame.
