I think we had the same person, she was really tough and argumentative, I felt lucky she let me through the door. I'm a bit like my Irish grand mother ....patient, easy going, forgiving...just don't press your luck or back me into a corner! Glad she didn't touch me! Glad you stuck up for yourself!
