We are Americas team Not that everyone roots for us to win or even likes us, but that everyone in Div I basketball wants to be like us: 10 straight years in the NCAA tourney, better than average tournament success, total conference domination, top notch recruiting, far better than average television coverage, and quite simply, the small school maintaining success for the long haul. They are jealous. The Bulldog pup is now full grown and other dogs like taking us down.
Rags to riches. Unknown to famous. Cinderella to "Princess". Whatever you want to call it, those who want to see us lose are just like those who want Dallas or the Yankees to lose. Because we are too good for too long. And we are a small school with no football team and less than 5000 kids.
We exemplify the American dream and way of life. We created the Gonzaga rule because no other program has ever done what we have done.
