Breast stroker & Bell, Scott Weltz, had never swum internationally up until this '12 Olympics, but he cut enough time off recently to qualify for the 200m finals. Scott came in 5th to a great field including World Record & gold winner Daniel Gyurta from Hungary. I'm impressed!
Scott follows Bell Pablo Morales who dominated the Oly pool in '83.
