Very well said USF Alumna (& thank you for sharing your personal story) and it is a shame that innocent students will pay the price, but I've got to agree with weasel that the hammer needed to come down. It's too easy in these situations for life to go back to normal and while I pray we'll never see a scandal on the college level this heinous, hopefully this will send a message not only to Happy Valley but also to coaches and administrators across the country to do the right thing, even if it effects your almighty football (or basketball) program. Sadly, I'm not holding my breath.
