Your message is so moving. I agree with your thoughts about collective guilt but unfortunately you have to hit this place where it hurts to be sure they get the message. It is the same as the priest scandals. The bishops didn't turn the priests in because they didn't want their comfortable world threathened...no concern for the children. The only way to prevent this stuff is to make sure those who would cover it up know they will suffer severly if they do so.
