but severe sanctions to be announced tomorrow against PSU.
1) I can see why no death penalty. It would not be fair to the 11 other teams in the Big 10, costing them millions of dollars if PSU does not field a squad.
2) I hope part of the penalty is all football players can transfer and be eligible immediately at a new school if they so choose. Not just right now but after this coming season as well.
