What has happened at Penn State has been absolutely horrific.
I am intrigued to see where the trials of the administrators end up.
That said, where does the NCAA have jurisdiction in this case? That is the difficulty I am having.
In previous extreme cases such as Baylor and SMU there was clear violations with money changing hands etc.
