Great Board Moderation!!! I agree, one has to build it before one can expect it.
Rex is truly moving the schedule (that I know of in confirmed games) in a positive direction.
USF has recently turn the program to a TOP TIER program in a very up and coming league, but to get Tier program willing to come into WMG is a whole another step...
To compare LBSU (under Monson GON model) is unrealistic and not recognizing USF growth.
