Yeah, I will take the blame for this one. I was laughing more at the Zag posters making a big deal out his being on the high school tennis team when it is obvious he is not very good and probably does not spend a lot of time on the tennis court.
The starting QB when I was in high school was also on the badminton team. Not because he loved the sport or played it at home, but because it got him out of class early several times in the spring semester and we did not have to go by dress code if you wore your uni if you were playing that day (basically meaning badminton and tennis were great excuses to wear sweats to school). I am guessing this future Zags reason for being on the tennis team is much closer to that than love of or skill at the sport.
As for the recruit, very much in the Tao Xu category. He is tall. Let's see him play.
