Just want to point out Class Act.
It sounds like DC was privy to the chatter about the youngman coming to USF potentially. It was very classy for him not to do what some other boards to in this league and announce that there is not better place for him and then dismiss him when he chooses another location.
CLASS ACT...IMHO!!!!
